Physical Therapy

Whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or just want to move better, physical therapy can help you feel more capable and confident in your body.

Each session is one-on-one and tailored to your needs. There are no cookie-cutter routines and no handoffs to aides. We’ll take time to understand what’s holding you back and build a plan together using a mix of hands-on techniques, movement, and education.

Sessions can take place in a physical therapy clinic, in your home, or at a gym depending on what works best for you. If you’re transitioning out of rehab, we can continue working together through personal training, or I can coordinate with your trainer to make that handoff smooth.

Personal Training

Personal training is for anyone looking to build strength, improve how they look and feel, or get back into a routine after time away.

We’ll talk through your specific goals, what equipment you have access to, how often you want to train, and how long you’d like each session to be. From there, I’ll build a plan tailored to you, including guidance for the days you're working out on your own.

Training can take place in your home, at a boutique gym, or virtually. Sessions are 60 minutes long, and the focus is always on making your workouts fit your life, not the other way around.

Virtual

Virtual sessions are a good fit if you're short on time, travel often, or live outside the West Los Angeles area.

Just like in-person sessions, these can focus on physical therapy, personal training, or a combination of the two. We’ll talk through your goals, your space, and the equipment you have access to, then build each session around that. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, trying to build consistency in your training, or just want guidance without needing to leave the house, we’ll make it work.

Sessions are still one-on-one and 60 minutes long. You’ll get the same level of attention and problem-solving you'd expect if we were in the same room.

Whether we're working together in-person or virtually, you'll always get 1-on-1 care—no aides, no rushed appointments.

How to Get Started

Start with a quick phone call.
Before scheduling your first session, we’ll set up a free 15–20 minute call to talk about what’s going on, what you’re hoping to get out of working together, and whether it’s a good fit.

From there, we schedule your first session.
If it makes sense to move forward, we’ll pick a time and place that works best for you — whether that’s your home, a gym, a clinic space, or virtually.

You’ll know exactly what to expect before we get started.
